Aristotto Plans: What Each Includes and How to Change Yours

Aristotto has four personal plans: Base is free, and Atelier, Virtuoso and Signature cost $9, $29 and $59 a month today. Upgrades apply right away after you confirm; downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
This article compares what each plan includes, shows where to start, upgrade, downgrade or cancel, and lists what to check if a change does not show. Open Pricing in the account menu or go to aristotto.ai/pricing.

The pricing page marks Virtuoso as most popular and Signature as best value. Every plan draws on one shared pool of credits; production has 67 video, 48 image and 11 audio models today. Base can also buy credit packs.
What else does a paid plan unlock?
Some features ask for a paid plan:
Video Editor: Export and Captions.
Workflows: running, publishing and cloning.
Audio Library: Atelier and up can use tracks; Virtuoso and up can download them (40 a day) and use them commercially.
A private profile.
Active Model Offers: discounts for subscribers, applied automatically at Generate with no code.
How do you start a paid plan?
Open Pricing from the account menu, or press Upgrade in the header.
Choose Monthly or Annual. Annual saves 20%.
If you have a promo code, enter it under Have a code?
Pick a plan. A new plan goes to Stripe Checkout, where you pay.
How do you upgrade or downgrade?
Upgrade: open Pricing, or Change Plan in Settings, Billing. Pick a higher plan and confirm in the dialog. The upgrade applies now.
Downgrade: pick a lower plan the same way. It is scheduled for the end of your billing period, so your current plan stays until then.
Plan credits reset every billing month and do not roll over. Credits you buy never expire.
How do you cancel a plan?
Open Settings, Billing and press Manage Billing. It opens the Stripe portal, which has Cancel Subscription next to View Invoices, Update Payment and Manage Plan. Purchased credits never expire, including after you cancel.
What if you bought the plan in the App Store or Google Play?
Manage, change or cancel it in the store where you bought it. Store plans are managed there, not in Settings, Billing.
Example: How do you upgrade Atelier to Virtuoso?
Open the account menu and choose Pricing.
Find Virtuoso: $29 a month today, 25,000 credits a month, up to 5 active runs and a priority queue that is 2x faster.
Choose it and confirm in the dialog.
The upgrade applies now. Check the header, where your credits balance sits next to your plan name.
Open Settings, Billing to see Current Plan with its status and renewal date.
If you later move back to Atelier, that downgrade waits until the end of the billing period.
What should you check when a plan change does not show?
Downgrade timing. A downgrade starts at the end of the period, so the old plan name stays until then.
Store plans. A plan from the App Store or Google Play changes only in that store.
Promo codes. There is one discount per checkout, so a code replaces a running promo.
Team plans. Team Virtuoso and Team Signature are separate from your personal plan and are set up in Settings, Teams.
Still wrong. Open the chat bubble at the bottom right on desktop, choose Send feedback and pick the Credits and Billing type.

Do unused plan credits roll over?
No. Plan credits reset every billing month. Credits you buy never expire, even after you cancel.
How much does annual billing save?
Annual saves 20% compared with paying monthly.
Which plan has the fastest queue?
Signature, with the highest priority queue at 3x faster. Virtuoso's priority queue is 2x faster.
How do team plans compare?
Team Virtuoso is $29 and Team Signature $59 per seat a month today, for 2 to 15 members with pooled credits. Create one from Create New Team in the account menu.
