Pricing, credits, refunds, teams, and ownership.
Credits are deducted based on the model, resolution, duration, quality, and output count for your generation. Each generation type has a specific credit cost.
Relax mode lets eligible paid plans continue creating after monthly credits run out, with lower-priority queueing and longer wait times.
Subscription credits reset at each billing cycle. Purchased credit packs never expire.
Aristotto accepts major credit cards through Stripe.
No. Checkout shows the plan price and any applicable taxes before you pay.
Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Yes. Cancel in your account settings. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
If Stripe cannot collect payment, your subscription may be canceled or enter a past-due or grace state until payment is resolved.
Credit packs are one-time purchases that go to your purchased credit pool. They never expire and are used after subscription credits.
Yes. Credit packs are available on any tier when credit pack purchases are enabled.
No. Purchased credits never expire.
Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, and no further subscription charges are made after cancellation.
Subscription payments and credit packs are generally non-refundable because credits are issued and usable immediately. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a billing issue, contact support@aristotto.com and Aristotto will review it case by case.
If a generation fails due to a system or provider error on Aristotto's side, eligible credits for that generation are automatically refunded to your account.
Sign up for a Team plan, then invite members from your Team dashboard.
Team plans support 2-15 members. For larger teams, contact sales.
Team credits are shared across members from a single pool, and usage is tracked per member.
Generation is blocked until the team renews or a team admin purchases more credits.

Yes. You retain your rights in content you create, subject to the limited license you grant Aristotto to operate the service and applicable third-party rights.
