Community Guidelines
These rules apply to Aristotto accounts, prompts, uploads, generated outputs, editing requests, saved workflows, public posts, comments, workspace communications and connected-app requests. Public, private and team settings do not exempt prohibited conduct. All users must be at least 18; adult eligibility does not permit sexual content or exploitation.
Use the available report action for suspected violations. Content can be restricted while assessed, and severe or repeated violations can lead to suspension or a ban. Account and output appeals use the available appeal process. Enforcement affects access, subscriptions and credits under the Terms of Use, including the non-refundable-payment rule and applicable mandatory remedies. These rules do not guarantee that every prohibited request or output will be prevented.
Nude and sexual content is prohibited. Do not upload, request, generate, edit, publish or share nude depictions, sexually explicit material, pornography, sexual activity, sexual fetish material or sexual exploitation. The rule covers photographs, video, audio, text, illustrations and AI-generated material, including requests involving a person's image or voice. It applies in public feeds, private projects, team workspaces and connected-app requests. Labeling material artistic, educational, fictional or private does not create an exception to the prohibition.
Do not create or distribute nonconsensual sexual depictions or use another person's likeness or voice for sexual exploitation. An adult-only account rule is an eligibility condition, rather than permission for nude or sexual material.
Non-consensual intimate content and removal requests
Do not request, create, upload, publish, or threaten to distribute non-consensual intimate content of an identifiable person, including sexual deepfakes, voyeuristic material, and attempts to undress or sexualize a person without the required consent or other lawful authority. Permission to take or possess an image is not automatically permission to alter it sexually or publish it. A publicly available image does not itself grant these permissions.
Use the report control on an item or contact support@aristotto.ai with a link or content identifier and a brief explanation. You do not need an account to contact us about content affecting you. Do not download, re-upload, or email suspected child sexual abuse material; identify its location instead.
For removal of an intimate image or video published without consent, the depicted person or an authorized representative may send a written request to the support address. Include a physical or electronic signature, information reasonably sufficient to identify and locate the material, a brief good-faith statement that publication was not consensual with relevant supporting information, and contact information. Identify it as an intimate-image removal request. A link or identifier is preferable to an attachment.
Where the TAKE IT DOWN Act applies, qualifying valid requests require action as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after receipt to remove the material and make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies. Internal review does not restart that deadline. Other applicable removal obligations and our content rules may also apply; an account suspension or ordinary appeal does not replace this process.
We prohibit any sexual exploitation, sexualization or abuse of a minor, including generated or illustrated depictions. Do not request or distribute sexualized representations of children, facilitate grooming or trafficking, seek exploitative material, link others to it, or encourage such conduct. A fictional character, altered apparent age or synthetic depiction does not make sexualized child content acceptable. Do not attempt to bypass safety controls. Serious violations may lead to immediate restriction or termination and reporting where required or appropriate under applicable law.
Do not use the service for grooming, sextortion, exploitative contact or solicitation of a minor. Do not disclose a child's confidential information or direct another person to exploitative material. Service eligibility remains 18 and over; these restrictions also protect minors depicted or targeted by an adult user.
Child safety and prohibited attempts
Do not request, create, upload, distribute, or facilitate child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, sexualization, grooming, luring, or sexual solicitation involving a minor. For these rules, a minor is a person under 18. These prohibitions include real, synthetic, fictional, illustrated, animated, and age-altered depictions presented as minors.
Romantic or kissing depictions involving minors are also prohibited, including depictions between minors or between a minor and an adult, regardless of gender or whether the scene is sexually explicit. This is a Service content rule; a violation does not automatically establish that the material is child sexual abuse material or that a criminal offense occurred. Ordinary nonsexual, nonromantic depictions of minors that do not involve kissing remain subject to our other rules and applicable rights.
The rules apply to prompts, reference uploads, attempted generations, outputs, and public or private use. A rejected attempt or a non-explicit result does not excuse a prohibited request. We consider available context, including how a person is depicted; merely labeling a clearly childlike depiction as adult does not make prohibited content acceptable. Mistaken age, context, or account attribution may be challenged through the review process below.
Do not threaten, stalk, blackmail, humiliate or coordinate harassment of a person. Do not use synthetic depictions, workspace communications, comments or repeated unwanted contact to intimidate or abuse someone. Threatening disclosure of private information or manipulating reports to target a person is also prohibited.
Disagreement and criticism do not justify threats, coercion or targeted harassment. Do not organize others to carry out conduct that would violate these rules if you performed it yourself.
Do not attack people with hateful dehumanization, discriminatory slurs or calls for exclusion or violence based on protected characteristics. Protected characteristics can include race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability and other characteristics protected by applicable law.
This rule covers images, text, audio, symbols, synthetic depictions and targeted interactions. Using an indirect reference, fictional framing or a private setting does not create permission for prohibited hateful targeting.
Do not create or distribute content that threatens or incites violence, glorifies violent abuse, or presents graphic injury or gore to shock, exploit or celebrate harm. Do not use prompts, outputs or messages to coordinate attacks or target someone for physical harm.
The rule applies to violent threats and harmful instructions as well as visual depictions. Do not use a generated likeness or fabricated event to encourage an attack or celebrate abuse of a real person.
Do not recruit for, promote or materially support terrorist, violent extremist or criminal organizations. Do not coordinate their prohibited activities, solicit support for them or distribute material intended to encourage participation in violent or criminal conduct.
An account, workflow, link or generated asset can facilitate prohibited support even when it is presented as a template or creative project. The safety rules apply to the requested purpose and conduct as well as the file format.
Do not use the service to facilitate crime or prohibited transactions involving controlled substances, illegal goods or services. This includes instructions, solicitations, links and attempts to arrange a transaction, as well as images, video or other promotional material for that purpose.
Do not commit fraud, distribute malicious software, abuse payment or referral systems, or evade legally required restrictions. Possessing a tool or using an AI feature does not authorize an otherwise prohibited transaction.
Do not encourage suicide, self-injury or eating disorders, provide instructions that facilitate such harm, or target a vulnerable person with content encouraging it. Do not glorify harmful conduct or use synthetic content to coerce someone into it. A label such as fiction or a private-workspace setting does not exempt content that promotes the prohibited harm.
Do not direct another person to carry out self-harm or use threats of exposure, humiliation or synthetic material to pressure them. Content should not be used to exploit a person's crisis or vulnerability.
Do not publish confidential identifying, contact, financial, medical or account information without a lawful basis or required permission. Do not expose passwords, private access links or another person's sensitive records. These restrictions cover targeted synthetic depictions, workspace communications and public posts.
Obtain necessary permissions for recognizable people, voices and protected works. Permission to possess a file is not permission for every AI processing or publication use. A public post does not eliminate the privacy, likeness or other rights of someone depicted.
Do not use fake accounts, spam, coordinated inauthentic activity or manipulated engagement to deceive users or evade restrictions. Do not falsely portray harmful synthetic material as a real event or an authentic statement by another person to facilitate fraud or other prohibited conduct.
Do not impersonate Aristotto or another person to obtain money, credentials, access or trust. Authorized connected apps and workflows must respect their scopes and limits. Do not interfere with accounts, security or reporting systems, scrape abusively, or evade an enforcement action with another account.
Deceptive depictions and disinformation
Deceptive depictions of real people, including impersonation, deepfakes made without the person’s consent, and fabricated statements or endorsements.
Fabricated news, election or political disinformation, or propaganda presented as authentic, and any other content designed to mislead people about who made it or what it shows.
Public availability does not give unrestricted permission to copy or remix another person's work. Obtain the rights required for uploads, instructions, editing, distribution and any commercial use. Respect copyright, trademarks and disclosed model or asset conditions. Sharing an item does not grant unrelated promotional permission or training consent.
Use the DMCA process for qualifying copyright notices and counter-notices. Other rights disputes and safety concerns use the relevant support or reporting route. A copyright counter-notice does not automatically remove a separate lawful safety restriction. Severe or repeated rights violations can result in content restrictions or account enforcement in appropriate circumstances.
