Privacy Choices
This page explains the account controls and requests available for your personal information. Read the Privacy Policy for processing details and the Cookie Policy for browser storage. Different choices affect different processing; changing one setting does not automatically change every other permission.
Update your profile and available privacy settings in your account. Review the visibility selected for a generation or shared item and the permissions of its workspace. Your generations are private by default. Public sharing is optional and available on designated plans. You can make public content private again on any plan. Team generations are private to the workspace. Information already received by another person may remain in their copies after a visibility change.
Aristotto does not currently train its own models using user content. Future use of personal content for that training requires specific, informed affirmative opt-in. Public visibility is not training consent, team content remains excluded and promotion beyond ordinary service delivery requires separate permission. An applicable training permission can be withdrawn for future uses; any limits concerning completed lawful training must be explained before the permission is requested.
Settings → Connected apps lists active connections and allows disconnection. Review the app's identity, scopes and policy before authorizing access. Authorized requests can start generation jobs, use credits and retrieve permitted generation information. Disconnection prevents future authorized access but does not recall information the app already obtained or delete records it holds under its own policy.
Use an unsubscribe link where available to stop optional marketing messages. Service, transaction, safety and legally required notices are different and can still be sent when needed. Keeping an account's contact details current helps us deliver important notices and assess a request.
Depending on applicable law, you can request access or a copy, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection, consent withdrawal, or an applicable sale or sharing opt-out. Send the request type and the email associated with your account to info@aristotto.com. Explain enough to identify the information or processing concerned. Do not send a password, full payment-card number or unrelated sensitive records.
We may request proportionate information to verify identity, authority or the scope of a request before providing account information or acting on it. An authorized representative may need to establish authority and satisfy the applicable verification requirements. A request does not authorize disclosure of another person's private information. The applicable law determines deadlines, exceptions and any right to challenge the response or complain to a regulator.
Deletion can be limited by necessary financial, security, fraud, dispute or legal records, backups, workspace rights and applicable provider processing. Account deletion is separate from subscription cancellation: cancel a recurring subscription through its controls rather than relying on a deletion request to prevent renewal. Consent withdrawal affects future processing based on that consent and does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.
If a control is unavailable or you cannot complete a request, contact info@aristotto.com for privacy requests or support@aristotto.ai for account support. Describe the control or request and the problem without including unnecessary sensitive information. The DMCA page supplies a separate agent and statutory process for copyright notices and counter-notices.
