DMCA Notice
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list).
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (such as URLs).
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Counter-Notice
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., the appropriate judicial district), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, Aristotto may suspend or terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
