Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions creators ask most about Aristotto.
A well-answered question is a bridge built between a curious mind and a loyal creator. Let's make sure these bridges are as solid as stone.
Aristotto is a unified AI creative workspace for generating images, videos, effects, avatars, and reusable creative assets. You can choose a model, create from a prompt or uploaded media, manage outputs in your library, and publish or keep work private from one place.
Aristotto offers a curated model catalog across image and video generation, including models and variants such as Veo, Sora, Kling, Vidu, Wan, Nano Banana, Seedream, Flux, Qwen, PixVerse, Hailuo, GPT Image, Grok Imagine, and Seedance. Availability can vary by task, provider, tier, and model configuration.
Aristotto combines frontier model access with a full creative workflow: prompt-driven creation, media uploads, effects, private mode, team workspaces, credit accounting, eligible failed-job refunds, library organization, remixing, and sharing.
Yes. Aristotto has a free Base tier with daily reward credits and access to core creation flows. Paid plans unlock larger monthly credit allowances, no-watermark outputs, private generations, higher limits, priority queue features, and advanced tools.
Create an account, open Workspace or an AI Image/AI Video tool, choose a model and task, enter a prompt or upload media, adjust the available settings, and generate. Finished outputs are saved to your library for download, reuse, organization, or sharing.
Start from the workflow you need: text-to-image, image-to-image, image-to-video, video effects, photo effects, avatars, or Studio. Pick the model or effect, add the strongest prompt and references you have, run a first version, then iterate from the best output.
Yes, Aristotto creations can be used for personal and commercial projects as long as you follow the Terms, have the right to use any uploaded or source materials, and respect third-party rights, model terms, and applicable law.
Yes. Team plans support collaborative workspaces, member invites, shared team credit pools, member usage tracking, and sales or Enterprise paths for larger teams with custom needs.
Common errors include insufficient credits, invalid input, content policy violation, queue full, rate limited, model unavailable, provider error, and timeout. If you need help, include the exact code, generation ID or URL, and a screenshot when contacting support.
Failures are most often caused by unclear prompts, unsupported file formats, references that are too small or hard to read, files that exceed size or duration limits, content-policy blocks, temporary provider issues, queue timeouts, or requests the selected model cannot handle.
Use the in-app feedback menu for product issues, bug reports, feature requests, moderation, billing, and generation quality reports. You can also email support@aristotto.com for account or technical help, or join the Aristotto Discord for community support.
Open the in-app feedback menu and choose Bug Report. Include the steps to reproduce, what you expected, what happened instead, your browser and device, the generation ID or URL if relevant, and screenshots or attachments when helpful.
Open the in-app feedback menu and choose Feature Request. Describe the workflow, who it helps, why it matters, and any examples or references that make the request easier to evaluate.
Use strong reference images, choose the right model and task, raise quality or resolution when the project needs it, write focused prompts with subject, style, composition, lighting, mood, and camera details, compare variants, and save the best outputs to collections for reuse.
Aristotto is rolling out referral and affiliate programs. Check the Rewards Center for current availability, referral credit rewards, and affiliate links, or contact support if you want to promote Aristotto to an audience.
Yes. Credit packs are one-time purchases available when enabled. They can be purchased without upgrading your subscription, never expire, and are used after subscription credits.
You retain your rights in content you submit and outputs you receive, subject to the limited license Aristotto needs to host, store, process, display, and improve the service, plus applicable third-party rights, model terms, and legal restrictions.
Private content and uploads are excluded from training by default and are used only if you explicitly opt in. Public content may be used to improve Aristotto by default, but you can opt out in Settings > Privacy. Team workspaces are excluded from training in v1. Content may still be sent to AI processing providers when needed to generate the output you request.
Your projects and generated media remain in your account subject to Aristotto retention policies and the Terms. Paid-plan benefits, private-mode access, limits, and monthly subscription credits may change when the plan ends, but deleting content or closing an account follows the data deletion and backup rules described in the Privacy Policy.
Most image, video, and audio tools support common web formats such as JPG, PNG, WebP, MP4, MOV, WebM, MP3, and WAV. Exact file type, size, duration, and reference-count limits are shown in each tool before upload.
Aristotto works in modern browsers on desktop, tablet, and phone. Browsing, Library, profile, rewards, and simpler generation flows work on mobile; complex Workspace and Studio workflows are best on desktop or tablet.
Aristotto does not allow content that violates law, rights, or safety policies, including minor sexual content, non-consensual intimate content or deepfakes, explicit adult or NSFW content, hate, harassment, graphic violence, self-harm, terrorism or extremism, copyright misuse, spam, impersonation, and harmful misinformation. Aristotto uses safety filters and moderation, but if restricted or NSFW content slips through, users can report it immediately with the report submission tool. Aristotto reviews reports and enforces policy, while users remain responsible for their prompts, uploads, and lawful use of the platform.
